Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and sealed in its original packaging.

How to return?

Send an email to info@pilotenheadset.nl or use the contact form to register your return.
After confirmation, you must return the product within 14 days.
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days.
The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Please handle the product and packaging with care during the cooling-off period. You may examine it as you would in a physical shop, but you may not use it.
