Pilotenheadset.nl is a trading name of Next I.T. / Roos Cybersecurity B.V. and is located at Epicurushof 13, 2493 ZZ The Hague, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95687211.

We reserve the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the most recent version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

1 – Products

We sell aviation headsets and related accessories.

2 – Registration

To place an order, you must register. You must provide personal details that are truthful and up to date. We treat your data with care – see also our privacy policy on the website. Use a strong password, do not share it with others and be responsible for the use of your account.

3 – Payments

The current prices of our products are clearly stated in the webshop. Payment can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact or bank transfer. Any shipping costs are stated separately and are at your expense, unless otherwise indicated.

4 – Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you provided. Once the parcel has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Shipping is handled by DH. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your parcel has been shipped. We aim to dispatch your order within two working days. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will inform you in writing. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy on this website.

5 – Returns

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in sealed packaging. You can do this via our return form or by emailing info@pilotenheadset.nl. After our confirmation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless we have indicated otherwise.

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only handle or inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop.

6 – Warranty

Our products come with a warranty. The warranty period is one year. If a product becomes defective during normal use within the warranty period, you are entitled to have the product repaired. You must return the defective product to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

7 – Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of our products. The maximum liability is equal to the purchase price of the product in question.

8 – Privacy policy

We handle your personal data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Statement on the website.

9 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to texts, photographs, logos, and other content on our website are owned by us or are used with the permission of the copyright holder. You may not infringe upon these rights.

10 – Complaints Procedure

Do you have a complaint about our services? Please let us know via info@pilotenheadset.nl. Describe your complaint as fully as possible. You will receive a response within 5 working days. If more time is needed to investigate your complaint, you will receive confirmation within that period with an indication of how it will be handled. If we cannot resolve the issue together, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute resolution procedure.

11 – Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in The Hague has jurisdiction.
